Mission Instrumentation Partner Program

The Mission Instrumentation Partner Program (MIPP) allows for increased compatibility with OEM instrumentation for customer convenience. Over the span of 18 years, Mission has developed the reputation for reliable and cost effective telemetry solutions for the water and wastewater industries. Utilities have come to trust that Mission will keep the solution working as cellular technologies evolve.

End-users increasingly want a simple, managed telemetry solution for their remote assets where actionable information is all in one place regardless of brand. Installers want to minimize installation time while providing all the data points that are useful for remote monitoring and data trending.

The MyDro remote terminal unit (RTU) with Modbus is the ideal interface between your instruments and a user-friendly monitoring, alarming, and data presentation solution. The MyDro RTU supports Modbus RTU via RS-485 and will support Modbus TCP in the future. The onboard inputs are still available for mission critical inputs like high level. RTUs directly support I/O from discrete and analog instruments.

There is no cost to join the MIPP. Your participation will ensure that your device is compatible with the MyDro RTU for data telemetry and all other services Mission provides. Your customers will be able to see the valuable data from your instruments on their smartphones and computers via the web portal, and actionable alarms can be dispatched just as easily.

  • Offer telemetry options for your devices
  • Reduce risk to your customers of technical obsolesence of the telemetry solution
  • Focus on what you do best—instrumentation and controllers
  • Appropriate promotion of the solution
